The RMAN SHOW command is use to display the rman configurations for one or more databases.  The RMAN show command displays current configuration settings.

  1. RMAN default configurations are suffixed with #default
  2. SHOW command issue only at RMAN prompt, not in a RUN block.
  3. If SHOW ALL is executed when connected to a target database, only node-specific configurations and database configurations are displayed.
